I am thinking of switch from Attws to Verizon.
I live here in Gainesville, Fl. zipcode being 32614.
Anybody living in this area, please which do like or works the best in this area.
Which camera phone do you like?
And which non camera do you like?
Before I spend a ton of money, I would like to hear what you think of Verizon service in my area, and their phones. I'm doing a little "homework" before I jump to Verizon.
Thank you for your help and for finding the time to read this.

When I signed up with Attws in 8/11/02 they said I needed to go with the local plan and if in the future if I wanted or needed to, I could go back and forth as my needs changed. Will the "sh**heads" in the Ocala, Fl. store lied to me after I signed a contract. I needed to change plans to go the national plan because my mother was deadly ill(she died right after I got there, God bless her soul). Will when I got back to Gainesville, fl.(yes, I knew I was in an extended area, and yes the people in Ocala, knew I be in an extended area. But I had been with them a month already so I couldn't dump them without paying a termination fee.
So I was stuck with this plan until my contract was up in 8/11/03. Now that I'm going month to month, I don...

I work for VZW, and have used my phone in Gainseville and the coverage is great. In fact, coverage in FL is awesome. Local FL plans cover you in the entire state with absolutely no roaming. Period. So even if we don't have coverage somewhere we will eat the cost if you're picking up someone else's network, so there are no worries. And you can change your plan whenever you like. If you accept a promo you would have to extend your agreement, but there are always non-promo plans available to switch to if you don't want your contract extended. If you needed coverage in NY as well you may want to try America's Choice plans. These plans will not give you blanket coverage in FL, so you may run into roaming areas every now and then, but you c...

I don't work in the call center anymore, but I'm based in FL. I used to work in the Tampa call center. Are you in Nashville or Murfreesboro?

Lots of people down here jumped on that relo offer for the LNP center.
