The T730 is defidentally better than the T720... Battery life sucks, but if you purchase the extended battery, battery life is awsome... With the extended battery, I would say the phone has the best battery life of any Verizon Phone... We are talking hours of talk time... Not minutes...

The phone still locks up occasionally, but somehow Motorola was able to make it restart by itself... Not much of an issue... Sound quality is marginal to good... Sometimes it is hard to understand what people are saying, but most of the time it is OK... Form, style and functionality are great... I check email (no pictures) without problem... Get scammed, I mean get it now works fine... Very few dropped calls.

The advantage to this phone is the analog capability... I know everything is going digital, but it is nice to know that I can still make a call in Northern Wisconsin... Northern Arizona and Central Illinois... Plus, Analog is nice to have in the rare occasion you may have to dial 911...

In summary, pretty much all of Verizons Phones Suck... The network is great, but the phones are very marginal... I had 5 T720's, all crap... The new T720's, I mean T730's are still marginal, but I like the style and functionality...

The screen seems like a low resolution low color screen compaired to the new phones, but it works for me...
