Current Verizon Cell Phone Offerings

Hello,

Currently I am using a Motorola V60s.

I know Verizon has since discontinued this product and I am looking for a replacement phone based on the current phone offerings from Verizon.

The main problem I have had with the Motorola V60s even with PRL updates is that its signal seems to come and go in comparison to another Verizon phone I have which has maintained its signal.

What I am looking for is a new Verizon cell phone “clam shell” model that has the best available reception quality at a reasonable price.

Any recommendations?

Thanks 🙂

I just changed from V60S to LG VX4650, and the phone is great.

I'll second that. The LG vx4650 is a very reliable phone in my experiences.

The LG 4650 is a very good phone--speakerphone is esp. good on that. Earpiece volume is good, too.
The Moto E815 is probably the best phone as far as reception and call quality, and earpiece volume is excellent. It's great, but it's kind of big----it's not sleek like the V60. So the 4.5 oz. size may be an issue; it took me a while to get past that. The big size can be advantage when actually using it to make calls, as the buttons are easy to use, and the screen is very nice.

Another you might really like is the Moto V325. It's pretty stylish, has a nice screen, and easier to carry around than the E815, but without the bluetooth. It has great reception and call clarity. This phone is a worthy successor to the V60. If you don't car...

Great thank you all for the recomendations.
I think I will try the LG first, even though with the motorola suggestion, the supplies may be interchangeable.

Thanks again 😁

Yeah Lg 4650, or moto v325 would be the route to go. I personally would go with the v325 as it has a few options, including camera, that the 4650 does not, and its not much more than the 4650 price wise. Good luck in w/e you choose.

um, i think the mo325 has the new usb port not the old moto two tooth crap so they will not be interchangeable. 😢 If you don't care about the camera and rely on the speakerphone the 4650 is a great choice, you should enjoy it greatly over a v60

It's amazing that all of us pretty much narrowed the choice down to the LG V4650 and the Moto V325. Both are good choices. Be sure to try them out in the store to see which feels and sounds best for you.
By the way, the car charger for the Moto V60 is diff. from the V325. But, the V325 comes with it's own home/travel charger using the a USB port. But, the headsets are the same.
