Hello all. I'm new to this forum, and I joined to see if some one with the Gzone Boulder can help me with software. I purchased my Boulder on line. The add for the phone said that it was fully functional. When I activated the phone in my account, I found that I could not use the functions such as, get it no, or back up assistant, or even modify photos, because it lacked the latest software. I took the phone to verison and they told me that the last software update was no longer available through their store. I cannot believe that in this technological day and time, that I cannot update this phone, so that it works to its full potential. Is ther someone out there who can help me 🙂

I second what Epik said. I believe it was something to do with an expired security certificate or something that Get It Now used. All phones that were active at some period of time before the certificate expired were issued a new certificate so they would continue working. Any phone that wasn't active and didn't get the updated certificate before the old one expired will never be able to access those services again.
