Looking to Switch??

My company has come to the end of our Sprint contract and we are not sure if we want to stay. We are looking at VZ mostly due to equipment pricing. How is their customer service? Do you get the runaround when trying to get a phone repaired? How is their billing, accurate or always needing corrections? We understand that every carrier will have problems, but the sales people give you fantasy answers and I am looking for reality to make our decision. Anyone have any major negative experiences with VZ?
What are the positives about VZ and what are the negatives about VZ?

The only problem I have with Verizon is pricing.

There isn't any "repairing" equipment. It's either under warranty or it's not. If it is, they will replace it with a phone call to tech support, and ship you the replacement. It's not done in stores.

I've seen very few errors ever with bills. When I have it's been caused by user error by a rep or something.
