So what do I do...I returned two phones, via mail..One was sent in error and the other one was the defective phone. They were both sent in the same package. The warehouse only checked one in. Now Im being billed for the second phone. Verizon is giving me the run around. Every day when I call, the story changes...Who needs to be contacted for this. I get managers, customer relation for escalated calls, and who ever..no one seems to know the way to fix this. tell me what I need to do.

Call 'em and tell 'em to fill out one of those forms.

I know its easy to want to be frustrated and angry with Verizon, but this is your screw up. The devices go to two different warehouses and its not there responisibility to try to research and reroute the device to where it is supposed to go. Don't be surprised if it never gets resolved in your favor.

Wow! IF you're not going to show empathy, why even bother posting. Of course, he realizes that he shouldn't have shipped the two phones together. He admitted that he made a mistake already. You enjoy pouring salt in wounds, don't you? Do you have anything positive to offer? Something that might actually HELP this poor person?

It's probably fair to say that sometimes a screw up comes with consequences... Just because you admit it doesn't mean it gets fixed in your favor.

On the same note, empathy, doesn't solve the guys problem so what good is it? So he can feel bettter? The guy just wants the problem solved, he doesn't care if you feel sorry for him (or at least he shouldn't)

My point was: Why bother posting just to pummel the poor guy into applesauce. Of course, had he not bothered posting then I would not have responded and you would not have and so on and so forth...

Im not sure if you have done this yet, but try calling and requesting to have them put in a 'Direct fulfillment refund request form'

Hope they find it!
