i'd imagine you would only lose your unlimited data in order to get a Family Share Data pkg.

They have to honor your contract... after that they could totally tell you "no more unl data" just as easily as you can say "well no more verizon"

Yep!!! Hopefully Sprint will be *SMART* and keep unlimited!!!

And hopefully their LTE roll out will be more gradual than WiMax was!

And be careful about having an opinion by the way, these guys work for Vzn and are very, very emotional about Vzn! They misinterpret having an opinion as being what industry cronies call a "troll"!!!

Some people are actual true consumers, and not blind, biased fanbois!

Jay, you've been a Sprint Troll since you started here. 🤣 🤣 🤣

I like the fact that Sprint has unlimited and I think they know it's their only real competitive advantage at the moment. I also like that many of T-Mobile's plans still offer unlimited, albeit throttled.

The smart consumer will realize that for the most part all carriers will get the job done and leave Verizon and AT&T. Unfortunately smart consumers are hard to come by.

I don't work in the industry, so therefore I don't use
the word "troll" I prefer the word "opinion"!

I'm too tired right now + I have a headache,
don't feel like getting in deep thinking posts

you only post about three different things...

They all seem to fall under just a few catagories; "Businesses that arent striving to be cutting edge are bad companies"; "All people who work in the cellphone industry are brainwashed and incapable of independant thought"; "do you know i have verizon? I've got a charge right now, what do you think of that phone?"

Well wouldn't you agree that a "tech enthusiast",
cause that is why I come to this site by the way,
likes forward moving companies.
The truth is both ATT & Vzn have more than 90m customers, both companies have substantial revenue, the means to rapidly deploy nexgen networks, only one of those companies is forward moving, that would be Vzn. We all know not only was Vzn 1st with LTE among the big 4, but will also be first with LTE-Advanced, possibly the 1st qtr of 2014, I don't know for sure. So yes, I like forward moving companies.

Secondly, about brainwashed, industry employees. The purpose of a job is to pay bills, end of sentance. CEO's aren't loyal to anyone except their board & stock holders, not you the employee, not me the cust...

Hey! I resemble that remark!

Seriously, I am still a customer of these guys despite the fact that they spit on me every step of the way. I really need my head examined.

Lol!! The reason I'm with Vzn is LTE, LTE, LTE,. . and hopefully sometime in the next 18-24mo's LTE-Advanced!!!

Perhaps someday you'll be on the highway way out in the middle of no where, or in the woods going for a nice nature hike, and because we're with Vzn we'll still have high speed LTE data, perhaps customers of other carriers won't.

I do blame consumers for rip-off prices though, cause they continue to pay these rip-off prices, rather than let the product sit on a shelf and collect dust. Best example would be a 20oz. soda $1.59, when for .40¢ more you can get a 2ltr, or for less than $1.59 you can get a 32oz. fountain drink. That's my best example of how stupid consumers are, that their willing to pay $1.59 for a 20oz. soda!!!...

What are you smoking? $0.75 and you get the same two-liter but in a generic store-brand label.

Generic soda is one way you do NOT want to skimp, same for generic aluminum foil... otherwise yes, generic ftw.

And you expect us to help you and answer questions why now?

I'm not sure which of us get emotional about Verizon these days. Of the people on here that I know still work for Verizon or its affiliates, I can't think of one that would get emotional should you have an opinion. This board, and most of it's long-term Verizon employee supporters, are gone, gone, and gone.

True, it's changed a lot.

I've actually been going to Android Central & Phandroid a whole lot more recently because their forums are a whole lot more active.
