I have read the FCC Statements & the other posts regarding the potential Verizon to Swap Its 700MHz for U.S. Cellular's 1900MHz
Does anyone know what counties in Indiana this is for? Could this potentially be for Cass County in Indiana?

I'd say it's possible. There are only a few counties in Indiana that US Cellular has service and Verizon doesn't have a license. They are kind of west/southwest of Indy and Northwest of Indy.
