I've read on several different sites that BB was coming out with a new Touchscreen Blackberry but it wont have sure-press. Now does anyone know if this is going to have BB 6.0 or any new specs than whats been said online?
Thanks

Whats the deal with you? Your not liking Android?
I dunno...It just seems that most of the Droid phones that are coming out are all the same. That's not to say that I dislike Droid but I am hoping by the time I'm able to upgrade in '12 that something better and cooler will be there. Hell by that time I am sure Droid OS 4 or 5 will be out....
Btw, are you aware that I got myself a new smartphone? Samsung Droid Charge. I got it so impulsively because of all this talk about tiered data, I was afraid that even though I have unlimited 3G data that I might not be allowed to carry it over to a 4G smartphone, so I a 4G smartphone NOW with unlimited 4G so I will be set for the future.
The Super AMOLED display is awesome. And it is so, so nice to have a lot of internal memory, I can have more apps without getting low memory warnings constantly like I did with the LG Al...

What are your thoughts?
Let me know if there is anything specific you want to know about the Droid Charge.
Oh yeah, Verizon does sell a case with a built in kick stand, so that's cool. And there is a real good amount of internal memory available for apps, and it comes pre-installed with a 32GB memory card.

I've had the Droid Charge since this past friday. Thus far no major complaints. But if your sister is a heavy user, the standard battery will not last more than 4hrs. So an extended battery is strongly advised.

My sister says she does allot of emails...So she wasn't sure if that was an issue or not seeing as thought it's an all touch screen phone....Shes coming from the BB Curve.
Thus far, I have been typing in portrait mode, landscape mode takes up too much of the screen and I cant read what I'm typing, but portrait mode leaves more room to read what I'm typing as I'm typing it. but because it's a 4.3 inch screen the buttons are spaces well enough apart.
Personally the reason I chose the Charge over the Thunderbolt are 2 reasons, 1 the Super AMOLED display, super bright colors, and more easily readable in sunlight, and 2nd reeason, I prefer the physical buttons at the bottom of the phone rather than touch capacitive. So there is my reasoning as to why I chose the Charge over the Thunderbolt.
I would go back to BB in a heartbeat if they came out with something on PAR with some of the high end Droid devices...
I might have even went back for a storm 3...
My dream phone would be when BB gives up on operating systems, developes a device running Android with BES and BBM.. that would be my dream....
Just shrink the playbook down to a 4 inch screen with the android app support, I would buy it tomorrow
