HTC Thunderbolt Headphone Jack

The headphone jack is fault. The left ear doesn't work all the time. This is an issue that many people have.

Based on my understanding, if I exchange it, I have to pay a $35 restocking fee. That is BS.

I was right in my prior posts to just wait til all the issues are known before I get this device. So far, the issues are battery and this headphone jack. Why don't I listen to myself?

If its within 14 days and a physical (read: warranty) issue, there is no restock fee as long as you're sticking with the same phone.

Because you didn't buy the phone anyway.

And the battery issue was known before the phone was commercially available, and it's only a factor if you live in a 4G area (and you can disable 4g if you really want to)
