Hey guys first question is 1) On the enV Touch phone people have said that they could go back down to V09 from V10 but a rep at the store told me that wasn't possible. Do you guys know how to downgrade?

2) Also i was debating about getting the Voyager phone because i hear the phone doesn't have the rebooting issue when you browse the net or something. Can someone confirm this too?

Yes I've gone down and it worked fine.

As far as I know the voyager doesn't have that issue. They are two totally different phones so they're going to have their own set of issues.

The Voyager had MORE than its share of other issues though. I recall from when I was in tech. I wouldn't touch an LG unless it were the LG-VX8300.

I have the enV touch and I updated to the newest version of software and it did nothing to correct the problem. I took the phone in and they swapped it out for a certified phone and I have not had the problem for going on 3 months now. I am not sure if they can downgrade the version but I did want to tell you to be cautious with the voyager because they are known to have faulty speakers that just go out and then you can not hear anyone unless you have bluetooth or a wired headset. I went through 3 of the voyagers for this problem and I take pretty good care of my phones. I hope this helps.

Ok so pretty much the reboot issues does not occur with the Voyager? All i want is something that will work fine for me without getting reboots or what not.
