Verizon vs Att

I presently live in the New York but will
be move to Kansas.
My question is which service is better
in the Mid West ATT or Verizon.
I use the cellphone to talk.

I am presently a Verizon customer.

Stick with Verizon. Better coverage in rural areas.

I just did a road trip from Tucson to Billings with a friend of mine. If I had a dollar for every time his iPhone dropped a call or he had to borrow my phone because he had no service, I could have paid for the gas,

I had the exact same experience on a recent trip from Chicago to Wichita, Kansas. My friend with AT&T had terrible service and I had service all the way.

Tucson; been there a couple of times. Nice town.
Went to some spring training games with the Dbacks down there.

That doesn't mean they'll get good coverage in Kansas. Sure, Verizon has better rural coverage. But they don't cover everywhere.

True enough, but it is an indication of which one is generally the best. Last time I checked Kansas is somewhat rural.
