CUSTOMER SERVICE HUNG UP ON ME

When they couldn't explain why my bill was prorated into 3 separate months when I didn't change my plan and then my mobile to mobile was going against my minutes. Thats one of the 525,600 reasons I switched.

You know what kills me everytime I read this forum.....anytime a customer comes on here and posts that they had a less than stellar experience (which hapens quite a bit....try googling Verizon Sucks) all of the same fanboys say things like "Fail"....don't be a jerk.....because there is no way the mighty Verizon could ever provide less than PERFECT service.

Wake up.

Verizon is NOT perfect.

Wake up.

1. try googling ATT sucks, Sprint sucks, tmobile sucks, etc. Ppl like complaining no matter the network.

2. Kanyon is a troll and posted at least 5 threads at the same time he posted this one.

3. Having a bill prorated for three months (and giving no other information) is highly unlikely. Also he didn't come on here to ask questions, he came here to complain. (even if he wasn't a troll)

Yes we know verizon is not perfect. A good example is when you go in to corporate store to purchase a phone and the salesperson is going to the back to get the phone but walked out with a lunch box and gets in their car and leaves the store.

So your saying that verizon is 100% perfect and there is no way on earth I would get a bad customer service rep?????????? 🤣

FYI: NO CELL PHONE COMPANY IS PERFECT ALL OF THEM HAVE THERE PROS. AND CONS. ABOUT THEM! AND I AM NOT BASHING VERIZON. BECAUSE LIKE I HAVE STATED BEFORE THEIR SERVICE IS AWESOME COMPARED TO OTHERS. ITS JUST THAT I HAVE HAD SOME BAD REPS. and I am not one of those customers that ask for things that are above and beyond I just called about a simple billing issue. 😁

Well I just find that a tad hard to believe. I've called Verizon rip-roaring p'o'd already and they have managed to calm me down and fix everything within about 3 minutes or less. So if you call with a simple billing issue and aren't a jerk, I find it unlikely they would hang up on you (or Kanyon the Troll). They could teach almost EVERY company across the face of the earth a thing or two about customer service. Now I am NOT saying they are perfect, no company is. They are expensive, they are controlling, their handset choices could be better...But when it comes to customer service, they are hands down among the best out there.

Just a few weeks ago I was stuck on a phone call for more than half an hour trying to convince a self-described "electrical engineer" that Verizon's EVDO indicator on its phone in fact was the same thing as Sprint's 3G indicator on their phones. He kept dancing in circles telling me he was well-read in technology and knew without a doubt that Sprint was better because they have 3G and Verizon does not. After the first ten minutes I was almost begging him to hang up so I could go about my day. It was only when I wouldn't respond with more than a "uh huh" that he finally gave up.

I wish I could hang up on customers. I've seen the room near the NOC where they listen to employees talking to customers who call in. I'm not about to do some...

Everyone who responded to this post is a TOOL! one for responding to this idiot and two for assuming that it was the callers fault he got hung up on (dropped the call) and not because the verizon rep could of possible of been having a really bad day and hung up on him.
