how do you set the mailbox to play the new messages first

11= Rewind to beginning
2 = Pause
3 = Fast-Foward
33= Fast-foward to end
4 = Slower
5 = Envelope Information
6 = Faster
7 = Delete
8 = To reply
9 = Save
* = Cancle/Exit
0 = Help
# = Finish/Skip

I will but should not have to do this... it should simply play the new one first
...
After you are finished listening to your messages press 4 for Personal Options; 2 for Administrative Options; 4 for Message Review Options; 1 to Change Order of Messages then it should give you the option to hear the newest messages first.
The #s may not be the same depending on your location and voicemail platform. But the different options menus will be the same.
