They're on the Coast and in Southaven near Memphis, but not hear in Jackson 😢 Will Verizon ever locate here and give Cingular a worthy opponent?

Believe me if we were able to put towers in the area we would...the thing is that the FCC has to approve licenses in that particular area before any Wireless Company can build a network in a particular area. While there are areas with all companies where they can't build out they're own network there, that is where roaming agreements come from...we do have coverage in the area...just under someone else.
