HELP!!!!

I'm getting this error when i try to buy my phone off Helio

ERROR MESSAGE

We couldn't find a Clean Address match based on the address you entered. Please contact us at 888-88-HELIO and let us know you're getting error '717.

What does this mean

P.S. CS sucks and cant help me.

Helio suck's so far!

I was so excited to get my Helio phone this afternoon, but I was never prepared for the horror I would have to go through in trying to activate it! First I was told that the computers were down so my card could not be charged, only to find out five minutes later that my card already had a pending charge on it! Then when I called customer service back, they told me that I was charged but a second time for activating it! When I told them I was already charged with a pending amount, they told me that they couldn't prove it, so the only way to activate my account was to charge my card again! It was a nightmare!!!! Then they told me that I would have to wait for the charge to go through and hit my account before the...

Oh come on all of that horrible crap that happened to you could happen to anyone (who isn't w/ vzw)... J/K. I know that these things do happen and when it happens to you it is your whole world. From a Customer Care perspective , and you may relate to this one seeing as you work in banking, These things do not happen all the time and we (at least at VZW) do try our best to fix the situation sorry that this has happend to you. Don't generalize the whole companies many faceted Customer Service department just because of one bad experience. You work with us we will work with you.

My story is worse and deserved its own separate thread. Read "Lip Service" post for what happened to me. Helio CS both corporate and phone are terrible, disorganized, and no one knows what the other is doing--all talk and absolutely no action. They make Cingular CS look like geniuses!!

Don't know about Cingular CS, But I do sell 7 different Carriers out of my Retail Cell Phone Store. Let me ask a question. Would you go to a coffee shop to buy meat? would you go to a shoe store to buy pants? Just because Frys sells electronics and phones are electronic, what makes you think they know the first thing about them. I work at a "Cellular Superstore" and have been trained in each of the carriers policies and procedures. My customers rarely go through what you did. The lesson here is- if you want a new phone, just go to a phone store. I know I could have made your life alot less stressful. My customers dont even call the Carrier! I handle it for them. You did this to yourself.
