I work for one of the largest (if not THE largest) cell franchise in the world. We carry every service provider under one roof (including Helio), and I sell they're phones on an everyday basis. The phones are awesome, especially the Hero, and the plans are more than competitive, especially if you use multimedia. Compared to the rest of the carriers, ie. Sprint, Verizon, Cingular, etc. the data/rate plan packages are the cheaper than any of them. Since I am owner/operator of the store, I have a Helio Demo, and it's the one demo I've been issued that I use on an everyday basis. I love it!
