So last week I called Tech support because my 4th Ocean jammed up on me(softkeys). It has froze up a lot. Tech lady said that warranty didn't cover the slider jamming. I explained to her the phone wasn't dropped. I was texting on the Qwerty keypad and when I closed it the top softkey section shot out...I think a spring in the back of the phone popped out of place. It wouldn't close all the way. Upset by what the tech lady said I told her to transfer to the Member Value Dept(cancellations). I explained to the rep my situation and he said that he could send me a brand new device. I didn't want the Ocean anymore so he said that he could send me the Fin. I got it in the mail yesterday and I love it. My Ocean didn't get any reception in my apt but the Fin does and it has some cool menu options that the Ocean doesn't have. The only thing I don't like is that the battery life is about 3 hours(talk time) when it should be like 4.5 hours but the Ocean's battery life sucked too so not a biggy. I was planning on leaving Helio but since the really nice guy in Member Value Dept helped me out and fixed the issues I had I will stick around because I do like my all in unlimited plan.
