Helio - Virgin Mobile

A friend of mine has Helio and I heard that Virgin Mobile has acquired Helio.

What will be happening to Helio users and when?

Yeah by now most Helions know about the takeover. Im hoping that we can get out of our contracts w/o being charged an etf.

Find something that violates T&C's, and you're ETF free.

Well from what I read on Engadgetmobile.com I should be able to get out of the contract with no problem. Virgin mobile plans on changing the current plans that Helio has and pretty much phasing out Helio period.

No they are not going to let you out of your contract. Unless they chnage your plan or terms of service you are stuck. Your Helio contract can be sold to another company. So keep chillin

Actually that's incorrect, MissSLM07 will be able to get out of contract.
