Phone Replacement?

I currently have the Drift, and I have insurance. My phone is not working very well and I suspect it will call it quits here soon. I have had it long enough but see that the Drift is no longer a phone they carry. If I have to use the insurance on the phone how will that be handled. Is there a specific replacement phone I will be issued, and I given the amount the phone was worth toward whatever phones they currently carry? If anyone knows which way it will go I would really appreciate it. For all I text I would like to upgrade to the ocean, but am curious how it will all play out.

Thank you in advanced for any assistance lended.

I'm sure they still have the "drift" in the warehouse for warranted exchanges/insurance claims, but if not You will probably get the heat since it is the cheaper of the 3 currently available. You wont get a credit for your phone.

You will have to pay $50 and they will send you a refurbished Drift (at least that is how the contract read when I got the insurance). If you have had your service for a year, you could just get the new member price on the ocean. If the phone can last, Helio submitted for FCC approval for the Ocean 2 although the only known difference so far is that it is thinner.
