My helio experienced SUCKED!...I had sprint and switched to helio bc i wanted the ocean, so I didn't get the ocean bc they don't give you a deal on phones where I went(assholes actn like helio is the **** WHEN IT is ****!)...I had helio for 4 DAYS!...NOT EVEN A WEEK!...They have no variety of phones to choose from AND then THEY CHARGED ME FOR A WHOLE MONTH WHEN I ONLY USED FOR 4 ****IN DAYS!..AND THEY DIDN"T CHARGE ME 99, THEY CHARGED ME 140...WTF?? HOW DO YOu get the unlimited $99 and then your bill comes out to 140, ???...No i did not download anything(i get all my content for free), so where does that exxtra $40 come from?...Hell if i know, and then when you call customer service and ask them they wont tell you...what the **** kind of bull**** is that? And I cancelled my service why the hell am i still getting billed??...That is ****in rediculous...Ill be getting a lawyer and SUEING THERE ASS's!!

HELIo SUX...I hope they go out of buisness, now they can't say they have the best plan since everyone else came out with the same ****, and SPRINT BEATS HELIO BY FAR!!!!!!!!!!....

you don't get charged an extra 40 and if you did they would acutally give u an explanation!...
