Ummm didn't you post this under another forum? Don't tell people not to try Helio because of your bad experience. They have a 30 Happiness Guarantee. Anyone who is interested in taking Helio for a test drive should do so. If they don't like then they can return the phone and everything that came with it within 30 days. I have had Helio since December and I love the service. MemberCare support and Tech Support are very helpful. I haven't had to call them much. I only called when I had a question about a feature on my phone and when I had a problem with my Helio mail not downloading all of my email. The issue was resolved quickly. You are probably one of those people that F***ed your phone and called in to customer service acting like a complete B demanding a new phone. How you talk to people makes a big difference in what type of customer service you get. When you are calm and nice the reps are more willing to help you.
