Helio only has 5 corporate stores in the U.S. (New York, Denver and 3 in California) If you have not been to any of those stores then you have not met a real Helio employee. Most Helios are authorized agents. So you are dealing with tons of people who have not been trained properly or at all about Helio. I am getting a bad feeling about Helio as I used to work for them. At first I was excited about everything they have to offer, but as time went on I saw that their target market was a problem (18-25 years old). The chargeback percentage for most companies were 20%...with Helio it is well past 50%. It is due to the lack of responsibility on their customers part. I mean they do not help much, because their billing is horrible, customer service is horrible and lack of training is a joke. I have been talking to a lot of other authorized agents and they are closing down because of the amount of chargebacks. It is not looking to good for Helio.
