False Information

Back in September outside of my 30days Helio waived there cancellation fee because I was recieving mis information with their agents. So they told me they was going to send me a RMA label for a refund on my phone. Didnt recieve a label till November because they was on backorder. After I sent the device in for a refend. Early December I recieve $350charge for returning the device late. So I called in about that they took care of that. So I also asked about my refund on my phone, they informed they cant refund my phone since it was out of the 30days, and that the "supervisor" who cancelled my service for me should have not sent me an rma label.
So I asked if they can send me my phone back they said no because its in a warehouse thats not even part of Helio. Now im in the spot of no phone and no refund.... am I basically screwed here??
