moving to helio...well maybe

I am thinking about moving to helio and getting a family plan. oh, i also want to get the ocean phone for both lines.

do you guys have any suggestions as to any special deals?

those of you that have the service, do guys like it?
what should i look foward as far as the up and down side to this provider?
