Ive got the Ocean when it first came out. I just recently had it replaced with a new one because it started to freeze up and had trouble getting online. Helio helped me, no issues at all and replaced it for free under manufacturer's warantee. My new Ocean now seems faster and better then my previous one, and I couldn't be happier.
If you really want to go to Helio, I suggest just doing it, take the plunge, you'll find out in 2 weeks if you like it or not. If you don't like it give it back, they have the 30 day happiness guarantee.
