Where is Chuck Barris when I need him...
From Phone Scoop overview of Helio; "A national MVNO with a technology focus..."
Helio needs to apply some of that technology to their web site.
Used the find a dealer area from their web site and made the 30 mile drive (15 one way and gas isn't cheap) to the listed dealer only to find out they no longer handle Helio.
I'm willing to give the new kid on the block a legitimate look see but when they can't have the common courtesy of keeping a web site up to date it makes me have serious doubts about the rest of the company. ๐Ÿ‘ฟ ๐Ÿคจ ๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ˜ณ

If I were in your situation, and the only place to sell Helio were 15 miles away (one way)...I would have called in to make sure they actually still sold it.

And that dealer could have just stopped selling Helio recently, like a few days prior to you going there. They don't always update within the DAY or even a few days. Other carrier sites do that too, so don't rag on Helio just because you didn't call to make sure they still sold them.

Try online sales, they still have 30 day happiness guarantee plus you dont need to worry about the long drive.

There are simply instances where I prefer to deal with a company on a personal basis and this happens to be one of them.
At this time it is a moot point but, Canton, OH.
