i have a question about helios data usage

i have heard that if you go over 160mb of data per month on the all in membership that they will terminate your account i want to know if this is true and if so how easy is it to go over the limit and why do they have this limit in the first place i want to know from people with first hand experience please and also is the ocean really that awesome?
