Hello from Helio, this is Danielle,
Thank you for your inquiry.
xxxxxx, I appreciate your interest in Helio and the services our
devices provide. Helio does piggyback (MVNO) with Sprint but not Verizon.
Helio uses Sprint towers for call service only but not the network.
Helio offers 3G data networking for internet web browsing. This service
is not linked with Sprint or Verizon. The Helio WAP deck allows members
to browse internet sites but only those with a recognized format.
There are no charges for roaming with Helio service. If you have any
other questions, please feel free to call member care at 1-888-88HELIO and
an agent would be happy to help you.
I hope we answered your question. If we didn't answer your question or
if you have additional questions, please send us another e-mail at the
address below.

Jesus, or to whom this may concern,
How does the PRL work on the phones? If Helio is an MVNO of Sprint
and Verizon, then WAP browsing should be included in Sprint and VeriZon's
network, correct? From what I gather in coverage map, I see Sprint's
data and voice coverage, with voice roaming agreements with other
carriers. Is this correct? Thanks in advance.
