Heat and Helio Issues

I've been with Helio for about 4 months or so and have to say that the Heat and Helio's customer service is a joke. I'm going on my third Heat right now, and am probably just going to cancel my contract and go elsewhere.

For starters, the phone is absolute garbage. The text messaging is on par with the worst I've used. Overall, te software feels like it was written by a third grader.

The reason I've gone through so many is that usually about a month after having my phone, it begins to restart on itself anytime I try to receive or send picture messages. Resetting it does nothing.

Now that I'm going on to my third heat in less than 6 months, I'd expect Helio to step up and take care of the issue. Well, they have not. They basically tell me I can go buy a different phone from a retailer, or they can send me another Heat. They refuse to transfer me to the individual that helped me prior, which I think is absurd.

Has anyone else had similar issues? I feel like the only one and am extremely angry by how I feel this is being dealt with.
