Media Mover problems
Hey I've had my Helio for about 2 months now and its honestly the best service I've ever had. The only problem I've had at all, is the media mover software seems to crash or come across errors when I attempt to TX video files onto my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Contacted the CSR's and nothing has seemed to work. I've tried WMV, AVI, MPG, and even ASF. Nothing has worked, the software always seems to say that the encoder has encountered problems and needs to close. Anyone have a fix?

Just try putting the phone into USB disk mode - the first drive letter to pop up is the 16MB of space the second is your external ( Micro SD ) card. Just drag and drop if the phone supports the format the media player will allow it be opened if not nothing will happen.
