I got a helio ocean a year ago when I signed up, the phone seemed to have a couple issues from the day I bought it. First thing that kept going wrong was the msn messenger would get signed out every time I closed the phone(that shouldn't happen), the phone kind of fixed itself over time and was doing well, then 2 months ago I dropped it, and when it fell it slid open, a few days after that the only way I could talk on the phone was when I had it on speaker phone, I called up and ordered a new device, when that one got here, I set it up and they made sure I could get online etc... The thing they didn't have me do is make a phone call, the next day someone called and couldnt hear me when I picked up my phone, and I couldn't hear them, I guess ...
