Is helio still in business?
Not yet. I just read on Engadgetmobile.com that SKTelecom is bailing on Helio and that Virgin mobile is supposedly taking over BUT people like myself currently with Helio may not be able to keep our phones. I currently have the Ocean and I love the service. I guess Helio just couldn't get enough people to subscribe. I was planning on switching back to Sprint or TMo anyway but Im going to wait because if Helio does go under that means I can get out of the contract without paying an ETF...just my final bill.
