Amp'd has serious billing problems
Having said that, I have received two bills now that have included double billing and pages upon pages of calls, text messages and data transfers which I did not make. I have called Amp'd numerous times and it is impossible to get a supervisor on the line. I have tried their online chat which was equally frustrating.
Customer Service is unprofessional and rude, too the point of one rep who could not stop hic uping on the line while I was speaking to her.
I have been told that the text messages and calls could not have been made unless they came from my handset. However, I pointed out that their own bills show me making calls while located in Miami, Las Vegas, Nebraska back to Miami and then back to Las Vegas all on the same day, day after day for two months and only minutes apart. Amp'd could only say well there is a time difference and we post based on local time. Furthermore, the billing for the text messages show they were sent at the same time and date as the calls yet are inconsistent from location.
I now have a bill for several hundred dollars more than it should be and Amp'd refuses to address it. I asked to see copies of the actual text messages which they refused to provide. Needless to say, I have cancelled the service to stop this from getting any worse. Very frustrating!!!!!
