👿

Looked at the rate plans online....they seem to only have post paid, b/c i went in and did like i was going to order a phone...picked the plan, etc and at the end it had credit check info...thought they were gonna do prepaid too? The M2M is absolutley stupid....you are charged for calls to other users until u run out of minuts then m2m minutes apply....very very dumb. Ptt .99 a day or 19.99 for unlimited....wayyyy to pricey. The minute prices are good however. Data for the first 3 months is unlimited....i wonder how much it will be there after. I think amp'd mobile is crap already!!

i couldnt figure out how to edit that last post, but it says quote:

"free 3 months wireless data ($60 value)"

and since i'm a noob to cell phones, like i mentioned in my other post, could someone please explain to me what they mean by wireless data? it also says in other places (i think regarding the same thing)

"** For a limited time over-the-air data transfer fees are waved for the first three months with any rate plan."

and it calls it "Megabyte (MB) Plan"

LOL. I guess at some point there will be others to use it with. Especially if customers talk their friends into switching over to AMP'D.

Maybe they should have it Unlimited to Verizon for now??

wireless data is anytime you are recieving data from the network. For example, if you are checking your email or you are viewing a website on your phone, you are being charged per megabyte downloaded to your phone.

i also noticed that PTT seemed like it costs a lot, but i dont know what push-to-talk does anyway. it's probably something you don't need though i guess, but theres no way im paying that much extra for it.

as for the data transfer, this is what their site says:
Sign up now for Amp'd Service and over-the-air data transfer (MB) fees will be waived for the first three months. After three months, enjoy unlimited MB's for downloading and streaming your favorite Amp'd Liv ...
