sorry not buying all of your story...they can't port in the wrong # that would be a mistake on the dealers part not amp'd so don't blame them. they can only port what is given to them. as for the billing hell yes they have billing issues but what carrier doesn't? not that i have ever seen a carrier as bad as they are but still issues in billing are all over the industry. i have a friend that had auto pay with verizon and they took triple the money he owed one month and when he called them they told him to bad we don't do refunds we will just credit your account for the next 2 months. as for your credit i would guess you might have good credit but as we all know anyone who brags about how good there credit is or how much of this or that they have is usually full of it. and the bbb doesn't get involved in things like this and they have no power to do anything even if they did. they are just there for people to check and see if a business is legit and if they have any complaints, nice try. memory card issues been there so i know what you mean, but i think you should have just changed carriers if it was even half as bad as you want everyone to believe, i know i would have. good luck and relax things really aren't that bad, it's just a cell phone not life or death...
