custmer service has gotten better in the last couple of weeks Very Happy technical support moved to a different office.i've been through 3 moto 816s, something about the PRL number being too low. the phone has always been great, i was having trouble downloading content from Amp,d Live. technical would spend as much time as possible trying to fix the problem and when they couldn't figure it out they sent me a new phone under warrenty.if this new Hollywood has the same problem i'll try a Razr.
Coverage is good in my area, i'm in Southern California. my buddy has Amp'd and went to Texas last week. he said Amp'd TV worked perfect, no buffering.
