ive got an ampd hollywood on a hybrid plan, love the fone, and love the service, hate the customer service, and hate the fact that ive had the fone over a month and it is still acting like a prepaid minute fone.......got dealer support and my ampd rep involved and they still havent got it fixed. hoping they fix it soon, cause im getting awfully tired of calling their "lack of customer service" department just to wait on hold forever, and then explaining that they havent fixed the account before they credit me some more minutes. are you having the same issues?
