Tracfone destroyed my account in one phone call...
A week ago I activated a Motorola W376g. After four days, the phone failed. It wouldnâ€™t turn on at all. On Saturday, I called Tracfone, went through the normal routine of checking the phone out. The support rep. told me a new phone would arrive in 3-5 days.
Today, Wednesday October 14, the new phone arrived. I called TF to have my old number ported over. Over the next 20 minutes the rep asked for my SIM card numbers, the phone number to be ported, all the usual stuff.

shouldn't you have just put your old sim into the new phone anyway? if you're replacing a device it shouldn't be a port.
No, this company is an odd duck. It's best to simply do something else. Fortunately, I haven't spent a lot of money on it.
