Web Browser Problem
The Web browser does not work, I get the message that they cant authorize my account.
I've called them several times and either they are no help or I cant understand what the people are saying. Has anyone dealt with this problem before and know how to fix it. They said they reset the feature on my account but it did not fix the problem.
Just wanted to give you an update that I love my w376g Motorola phone, but still the browser would not work, and told me to call customer service. After FOUR times, I got escalated to top tier support, and they are sending me a new sim card. They said this should remedy the problem. I hope to have it by the end of the week, and I will let you know. Wish me luck!
What a nightmare, however. They had to send me a new sim card, but when the activated it, they lost my phone number. When I realized that, I called them back, and they said it was unretrievable! I was so angry...I have had that number for so long. I pressed them on it, and an hour later after being on hold and checking with the "other department," they said that the number was available but that they would have to send another sim card.

I have a blackberry for work and it uses AT&T. I hate the service. Drops calls all the time.
