How can I get a new SIM card??? (Customer service didn't help me!)
Can anyone here help me? I accidentally locked my SIM card (hold the ridicule please; how stupid of me, I know) a few weeks ago and ever since then I've been trying to get a new SIM card...
I went to their website and through the technical support section I requested another SIM card, but a few days later I checked back and the site said my address was invalid or something like that (I have a P.O. Box); the site only asked for my street address which wouldn't be correct.
So I called them up and they didn't give me any help WHATSOEVER. Now I'm seriously considering running my phone over with my car and buying a new phone to get rid of this nightmare!!!
Anyone out there got any advice on what I should do now? I'd greatly appreciate it...

that is what ur gonna need to do buy a new phone that is tracphones are fairly cheap and its gonna be easer than dealing with the nightmare that is tracphone customer service

ya def just buy a new phone then the only time i would worry about it is if i had alot of mins on the phone
