Hey Jess,

From what I understood boostmessenger was not charged the .99 per client per day if you where on the premium plan. Which I have used it almost daily since I have had my service and now all of a sudden I am getting charged.
02/19/2006 7:33 PM MSN - IM Debit $0.99
02/14/2006 8:53 AM Yahoo - IM Debit $0.99
02/12/2006 12:34 AM MSN - IM Debit $0.99
02/11/2006 1:40 PM Yahoo - IM Debit $0.99

From what I can tell I have never been charged up till this point to which I have only been charged on those dates. Am I wrong? Am I supposed to be charged? If so I am done using BM.

P, I am sorry if anybody misled you to believe that....

Any subscriptions or purchases that a customer choses to get into are the reason for the "Low Balance Credit" requirement on the Premium Plan.
These things are a way to add to revenues above and beyond the 49.99. I understand how you must feel but, I am more concerned with any mis-information you may have been given ..I will try and contact you later, Jess
