Hey Jess,

You already know I am a Boost customer. I have a i415 and tonight I got a i450. So I put my SIM in the 450 and then went online and activated the new SIM so I could put it in the 415 for my gf.

Well, I went through the activation process and got the phone # and the WT #. Put the SIM in the 415 and nothing. It boots and goes through the connecting process and then says "no service"
Help Please

I sent you my # in a email directly to you earlier if you need to call me.

I'm on it...sounds like an issue with the activation, possibly an activation error. When you move your SIM back to the old phone is still has service and operates correctly ???
I will contact you when I get some answers...Jess

Yea both phones worked fine with the old SIM.
Did you get something done or fixed? I left the new SIM in the old phone (415) and was working when I got up.

I tried to contact you a couple of times P and was unable to get through...I also tried to send a Text message...I suspect that the re-activation failed and the system caught it later and put it back through..is everything working now?
I could not find anything wrong with the provisioning on the account...I will follow up with you on Saturday...Jess

All seems to be working fine now. I even called in and had the IMEI's switched on the accounts to reflect the proper phone models with the SIMS.

Another question. The new SIM is in the old 415 and the old SIM is in the 450

Question is the Old SIM is still matched to the 415 IMEI but is in the 450

And vice versa for the new SIM.

Should I call in and have the IMEI's reversed on between the two SIMs. Or are the phones I dentical enough as far as features that I shouldn't have to worry about it.

Also, Do you have a direct line I could reach you at?

Naw...as a matter of form it might not be a bad idea , but both have the same features and I don't see any real reason to go to the hassle ..remind me and I will take care of it on Saturday ...Jess
