I wasn't laying the blame on Boost. I never even really mentioned Boost service in my original post. In fact I am looking most at AOL. If all else is working I can't blame Boost, Boost Messenger is actually coded by a 3rd party vendor not Boost itself so they would have to release a patch if it is in fact AOL. Basically I was describing the issue I have and the things I have done so far to resolve it to see if by chance someone else here was having the same problem.

So far I have had nothing but good service through Boost and good help through these forums.

The original post was meant to be a feedback item for others that might be having the same problem to see what I have already done to try and resolve the issue and to post if they figured out how to resolve it. I am sorry and must apologize if you took it as a complaint about Boost service, That is not what it was meant for.
