There is , unfortunately no way to "block" a specific inbound number...sorry!
The answer you received about the 24 hour clock on the DC is a great one, 12:01am to 12:00 midnight is the running clock on the walkie-talkie....unlimited til midnight of the day you initiate your first chirp. The charge for $1.50 will hit your account the following day, you can use your DC feature even if you have only .01 on the account.
