reactivation fee question for jess and other custumer service rep

Hey jess and anyone else i was wondering how to pay the fee to get your phone reactived like do we have to get a refill card and you take it for our account or what?

Sorry Thomas...I have not had time to answer your question...I'm sure that you have found an answer to your question by now but I will try and offer the procedure to anybody else who has a in-active Boost and would like to get it rolling...

To reactivate a Boost Sim once it has gone into cancelled status is with a reboost card and the $10 re-act fee comes off the account at the time of activation....So a twenty dollar card will leave you with a balance of ten dollars after you get your nes PTN & DC #...
When a brand new phone is activated the activation number in the package ( on the starter kit) has the $10 fee included.
