Sorry Ivan....I don't clearly understand? Is "Raptor Pro" an application from Nextel? and what exactly , word for word, is the error message your getting "unexpected error" when it does appear?
Please help me to understand what, when, and how the problem happens, maybe I can help.What model phone and if I had the IMEI I can research the "firmware"... maybe your phone does not have the software capability?
