Ozma...I am confident that if I had the phone in hand and the user manual in front of me we could figures this out...here is a path that should allow you to puzzle it out...

Go to Boostmobile.com > find the support tab > go to user guides > download the i415 PDF > go to page 30 on the guide and work form there...

I acknowledge it is kinda tough to do it this way but I have not had the oportunity to work with the i415 or 450 yet.
