IDEN customer... will I have to switch carriers?

I've been with Boost Mobile for a few years now. Very satisfied with service over the years until now.

When they announced upgrading everything to CDMA and phasing out IDEN, I switched to a CDMA phone a couple months back. 95% of my calls were dropped, terrible signal on CDMA where I live, so returned the phone to Radioshack and went back to IDEN.

Now, my IDEN signal is failing fast. Call quality is horrendous, texts fail to DL. I'm assuming they are phasing out IDEN towers, but I can't get a straight answer from Boost CS. With the CDMA upgrading, does that mean they will be adding more CDMA towers so that I will eventually get CDMA signal where I live? If not, I will have to switch carriers and really hate to do that.

iDEN is getting phased out. If CDMA isn't working for you, check the Deathstar or T-Mobile.
