We can get you a # that is not local but in the general vicinity; ohio valley, indiana, illinois...you will have excellent service though since you will always be on either the Nextel or Nextel Partners network.
The Dispatch(PTT, DC, WalkieTalkie) service is very strong in this market, as I'm sure your aware.
And finally ...Yes, we will be happy to change your # when and if you stay or go...sometimes the Market transfer can take up to 2-3 days but you won't lose service till the last minute and when you call us from a landline we walk you through a Master Reset, give you your new cell # and Alert Number...finito !
Man...be careful with your purchase, some of our third party dealers are much more interested in making a buck then explaining how the customer service side of the business works!
Don't leave the store without ensuring the handset is working with the original 10.00 activation funds applied. If you have to activate it your self just call us with the following information layed out in front of youe and we can get your rolling in less than 15 minutes: SIM Card #, Activation # ( starts with 51001),IMEI (equipment Serial Number),any additional Re-Boost card #'s...thats it !
